The firm represents companies across New England in complex business disputes, from contract and fiduciary claims to fights over technology and trade secrets. Teams are kept small on purpose, so associates do substantive work early and see their cases from every angle.

The work

• Complex contract and business tort litigation
• Fiduciary duty, shareholder and partnership disputes
• Trade secret and restrictive covenant cases
• Motion practice in Massachusetts Superior Court, including the Business Litigation Session
• Federal litigation in the District of Massachusetts

What I'm looking for

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
• 3 to 9 years of commercial litigation experience
• Excellent writing. You'd rather draft the brief than review someone else's

How you grow

Associates argue motions, take depositions and lead client calls as soon as they show they're ready. The mentoring is real: partners explain the why behind a decision, not just the what.

How the role scales

The firm is hiring across two levels. Mid level associates sit toward the lower end of the range. Senior associates who can run a case on their own sit toward the top.
