A few months ago, I helped a Senior Tax Manager join this CPA firm in Miami, and the feedback since has been lovely.

For starters, they're independent and plan to stay that way. No Private Equity involvement, no plans to sell and no interest in sacrificing the culture they've spent years building.

Busy season typically runs between 45 and 55 hours, with 55 being the exception rather than the expectation.

As Tax Manager, you'll manage a varied client portfolio, review complex Individual and Business Tax Returns, advise clients and help develop junior staff.

They're looking for someone with strong generalist Tax experience within Public Accounting who enjoys managing client relationships and taking ownership of their work.

You'll also receive twice yearly bonuses, a 401(k) match, health, dental and vision insurance, life and disability cover, plus opportunities to earn additional commission through referrals and new business. They also treat the whole firm to an annual weekend away too.
