Who I’m looking to speak with
I’m working with national, regional and boutique firms in Greenville and want to hear from associates and partners with experience in:
- Labor & Employment: employer-side litigation, counselling and compliance
- Corporate: M&A, private equity, business transactions and general corporate
- Commercial Litigation: business disputes, contracts and complex litigation
- Insurance Defense & Products Liability: including manufacturing and industrial matters
- Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate & Finance: development, leasing and lending
- Construction: litigation and transactional
- Medical Malpractice Defense
What you’ll need
- Associates: 2 years of law firm experience in one or more of the areas above
- Partners: an established practice with strong client relationships. Portable business or Upstate industry connections are a plus
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the South Carolina Bar
