Trusts and Estates Attorney | Boston, MA (hybrid) | $140,000 to $240,000 | Estate Planning and Administration

The practice serves families, business owners and retirees across Greater Boston, with work spanning planning, administration and Probate and Family Court matters. It's technical, it's human, and it rewards attorneys who are good at both.
The work
- Estate planning, including wills, trusts and Massachusetts estate tax planning
- Planning for family businesses and real estate holdings
- Estate and trust administration from start to finish
- Probate and Family Court filings
- Coordinating with clients' accountants and wealth advisers
What I'm looking for
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- 3 to 10 years of trusts and estates experience
- Careful drafting and the patience to explain complex plans in plain English
