Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle to identify and resolve challenges at every stage, from sales to production.
- Production Scheduling: Create and maintain optimum production schedules and manage re-measure appointments to ensure steady project momentum.
- Process Improvement: Continuously audit day-to-day operations for efficiency; research, propose, and implement new technologies and software platforms to streamline workflows.
- Departmental Liaison: Facilitate proactive communication between Sales and Production, ensuring all teams are aligned on project status and goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Perform data and pricing analysis to ensure accurate job costing and sales reports; present process enhancements to the General Manager.
- Lead Management: Share responsibility for lead scheduling with the Administrative team to ensure a seamless entry point for new clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist with marketing events and support the General Manager on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience researching and implementing new software platforms is a significant plus.
- Leadership & Decision Making: Proven ability to make effective decisions, take initiative in problem-solving, and lead through collaboration.
- Schedule: Requires flexibility with the availability to work every other Saturday.
- Core Competencies: * Superior organizational and time management skills with a natural sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while remaining a flexible, approachable team player.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are required for this role.
