Accounts Payable Administrator
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% Onsite (remote or hybrid work is not available)
About the Role
Providence Chain Production is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to support daily administrative and financial operations within a small, collaborative office environment. This role combines administrative coordination with accounting support and plays an important role in maintaining organized financial and operational workflows.
In this position, you will assist across multiple areas including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tenant support, invoicing, and vendor communication. Providence Chain Production provides cross-training across departments, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys variety and being a key operational support partner.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on office setting, values organization and accuracy, and is comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administrative processes
- Perform accurate data entry related to invoices, payments, and financial records
- Communicate with vendors, tenants, and clients via phone and email
- Assist with invoicing, billing coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments at Providence Chain Production
- Coordinate vendor calls and assist with documentation tracking
- Support tenant inquiries and general administrative needs
- Participate in cross-training across departments as needed
- Provide occasional administrative support for an affiliated painting contractor business
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive professional administrative experience or relating field
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy
- Experience supporting finance or accounting-related functions
- Professional phone and email communication experience with clients, customers, or vendors
- Strong organizational and filing skills (digital and physical records)
- Experience working across multiple departments such as AP, AR, invoicing, or office administration
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- Experience working in small business environments
- Prior exposure to accounting or financial teams
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
