The Sr. PM will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
- Prepare and lead OAC meetings, progress reports, and presentations.
- Provide mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and other team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, systems, and internal processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of construction project management experience, including K-12, DSA, or public works projects.
- Strong understanding of DSA processes, codes, and inspections.
- Demonstrated success managing projects $10M–$50M .
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, P6/MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
