- Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success
- Communicate project status and key updates to clients and leadership
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges that could impact project delivery
- 5 years of project management experience on ground-up commercial projects
- Experience managing project budgets of $5M or more
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
