Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join a growing team in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects with budgets of $5M , and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success
• Communicate project status and key updates to clients and leadership
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges that could impact project delivery
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience managing project budgets of $5M or more
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
