The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and excels in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare and public works construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting.
- Ensure all work complies with hospital regulations, infection control standards (ICRA), and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor project engineers and field staff to promote team development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction; strong preference for healthcare project experience.
- Experience with public works projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of healthcare codes, OSHPD/AHCA standards (or similar), and ICRA requirements.
- Proven track record managing projects from $5M–$50M .
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $165,000
