Responsibilities
Oversee field operations for ground-up healthcare construction projects
Manage daily jobsite activities and coordinate subcontractors
Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses on time
Coordinate AHCA inspections and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Lead jobsite safety programs and enforce safety standards
Manage quality control and ensure construction meets project specifications
Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
Oversee projects valued at $20M or greater
Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Healthcare Construction Experience Required
Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M or greater
AHCA Inspection Experience Strongly Preferred
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Ability to manage schedules, logistics, and jobsite coordination
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience
Base salary up to $175,000 depending on experience
Higher compensation may be considered for senior-level candidates
