Position Overview

This is a field-first leadership role with a strong emphasis on structural concrete, infrastructure work, and production-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for heavy civil concrete scopes including structural and flatwork
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and self-perform teams
- Develop and drive project schedules, sequencing, and production targets
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and public agencies
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong safety culture on-site
- Ensure quality control and compliance with DOT/municipal specifications
- Track productivity and adjust manpower/equipment to maintain schedule
- Lead site meetings, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics for efficient execution
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on heavy civil or infrastructure concrete
- Strong experience with structural concrete, foundations, and large-scale pours
- Experience working on DOT, municipal, or public works projects
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and civil drawings
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely and on time
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Roadway and highway construction (CDOT or municipal projects)
- Bridges, overpasses, and structural concrete systems
- Drainage systems, box culverts, and underground utilities
- Water/Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) or pump stations
- Mass concrete pours and infrastructure foundations
- Projects ranging from $10M – $100M
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
- Bonus: Project-based performance incentives
