What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Dexian?
Summary:
The Recruiter will work to ensure that company is positioned to attract, recruit and retain the best talent, both internally and externally in the target market(s).
Role: Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions. Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long and short-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies working in partnership with Hiring Managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and the High-Volume Screener.
• Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience at Company focusing on the five Keys to a Great Customer Experience.
• Brand yourself in the talent marketplace as the contact for Company in the field(s) that you support.
• Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, consult with managers on hiring process, candidate pool and offers.
• Review HireVue interviews and/or phone screen qualified candidates provided by the screeners to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to Hiring Managers throughout the process
