Role Overview
- Project Manager II/III responsible for leading facilities and operational project initiatives from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Supports multiple concurrent projects across business units, partnering with internal stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Role requires a strong blend of project management expertise and facility operations experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of assigned projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and status updates to project sponsors and leadership.
- Coordinate project resources, staffing, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project performance and recommend schedule, budget, or resource adjustments as needed.
- Direct cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Provide regular communication and reporting to stakeholders regarding project risks, milestones, and overall progress.
