What You'll Do
- Process, review, and maintain banking and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Research account, payment, and transaction-related issues and assist with resolution
- Review financial documents, account information, and support documentation
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and quality checks while maintaining high attention to detail
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account and transaction information
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and day-to-day financial operations
- Follow established banking policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Identify discrepancies and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Learn and utilize banking systems, financial technology, and automation tools
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Banking, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Recent graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and business processes
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and computer-based applications
