We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst who is eager to learn, work with financial data, and build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily financial and operational activities across the organization.
• Review, analyze, and reconcile financial data and account information.
• Assist with transaction processing, financial reporting, and documentation.
• Research discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation.
• Assist with account and transaction-related activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Perform data validation and quality checks on financial information.
• Support month-end, reporting, reconciliation, and other finance-related activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Investment/Wealth Management teams.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Learn financial systems, processes, and industry practices while developing your professional skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Wealth Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, PivotTables, or VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interest in building a career in financial services.
