Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Must have advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources administration, knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of human resources management
- Responsible for maintaining the business relationship with management and leadership including relationship management, communication, staff direction and motivation
- Ability to create and maintain a collaborative team environment; to build relationships and effectively work with all levels of employees
- Responsible for coaching managers and employees through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. Demonstrates the capacity to manage changing priorities while remaining calm and controlled
- Works in partnership with Accounting for all HR systems data entry and semi-monthly payroll practices
- Responsible for interviewing and recruiting new staff members
- First knowledge of internet sourcing strategies and direct sourcing techniques
- Ensuring data quality regarding our HR master data
- Supporting the introduction of new HR standards, processes and initiatives, as well as proactively contributing to HR projects
- Serving as the regional (South America) contact person for our employees on all HR-relevant topics, such as employee interviews of any kind, recruiting topics, or onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Supporting our regional locations on labor law issues
- Contributing to global HR projects as well as maintaining close cooperation with other areas of the deugro group, such as the Legal and Compliance, Data Protection, and IT departments
