What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at deugro-group?
Key responsibilities:
- The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment
- Leading all communications with clients and suppliers
- Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management
- Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ
- Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing
- Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders
- Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment
- Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes
- Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them
- Attend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on request
- Ensure and support quality implementation in the department
