Property Accountant - Commercial Real Estate

- This is a 100% onsite role in Downtown Dallas - no options for hybrid or remote - embrace the engagement with your team and staff!
- Proven experience with full-cycle accounting, preparing CAM recs, processing monthly financial statements, and assisting with annual budgets and forecasts.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and solid GAAP knowledge are required.
- A CPA is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have solid experience with Yardi in commercial retail, office, mixed use or industrial industries
- OneSight experience is a plus!
