Position Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support enterprise Agile teams delivering product implementations and system modernization initiatives.
This role will focus on enabling high-performing Agile teams, driving predictable delivery, and supporting product teams across Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Trade & Compliance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Delivery
• Serve as Scrum Master for two Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and SAFe principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Drive predictable sprint delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives
Agile Coaching & Team Development
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and frameworks
• Build self-managing, high-performing teams with strong accountability and ownership
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement
Backlog & Product Collaboration
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-defined and prioritized backlogs
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and team deliverables
• Support Product Owner effectiveness and stakeholder collaboration
Impediment Removal & Flow Optimization
• Identify and remove blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum
• Improve team workflows and optimize delivery processes
• Ensure Agile ceremonies drive meaningful outcomes
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
• Track and report Agile metrics to ensure predictable delivery
• Use retrospectives and data to drive continuous improvement
• Support teams in improving delivery maturity over time
Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align deliverables
• Support communication across teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in enterprise environments
• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Scrum teams
• Experience working within SAFe or scaled Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery practices
• Experience working with Product Owners and managing Agile backlogs
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to remove impediments and improve team delivery performance
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting product implementations (e.g., CLM platforms like Icertis)
• Experience working on system modernization or enterprise application initiatives
• Strong experience driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement
• 3 years of Big 4 consulting experience
• Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
