Position Overview
Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach for two Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Remove impediments and foster an environment of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-defined backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and frameworks.
Track and report team performance metrics to ensure predictable delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
Support Contract Lifecycle Management Product Team on implementing Icertis CLM product
Support Trade & Compliance Product Team on implementing system modernization and feature enhancements
Perform other activities as assigned

Removes impediments quickly and improves flow so the team stays focused on value delivery
Builds a self�?managing, mature team that needs less day�?to�?day intervention over time
