Pay Range: $99.00 – $106.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Icertis CLM Administrator / Business Analyst to support enterprise contract lifecycle management initiatives within a product-driven Agile environment.

This role will focus on configuring and optimizing the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, working closely with product teams to design contract types, templates, and Co-Pilot solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Icertis CLM Configuration & Administration

• Configure and manage Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform components

• Design and implement contract templates, contract types, and amendment linkages

• Configure ICI Co-Pilot features including Risk, Discovery, and Interactive Insights

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Gather and refine business requirements related to contract lifecycle management

• Translate requirements into functional configurations within the Icertis platform

• Support user solution planning and backlog development

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement

• Assign story points and support sprint execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver enhancements

Best Practices & Thought Leadership

• Provide guidance on Icertis best practices for contract design, configuration, and optimization

• Educate team members on real-world implementation strategies beyond standard certification knowledge

• Drive continuous improvement in platform usage and configuration

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct user demonstrations, internal knowledge sharing, and progress updates

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform administration and configuration

• Experience designing and configuring contract types, templates, and workflows

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into system configurations

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to provide best practice guidance and thought leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ICI Co-Pilot features (Risk, Discovery, Interactive Insights)

• Experience working in enterprise contract lifecycle management environments

• Strong understanding of CLM processes and optimization strategies

• 3 years of Big 4 consulting experience

• Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
