The Role
We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our CRM platform. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring Salesforce runs smoothly, supports our teams, and evolves with our business. You’ll work cross-functionally, build reports, automate processes, maintain data integrity, and help our teams get the most out of Salesforce.
What You’ll Do
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings
- Build reports, dashboards, and automated workflows
- Clean, deduplicate, and maintain accurate data
- Train and support users across departments
- Partner with stakeholders to implement Salesforce solutions
- Stay current on Salesforce updates and recommend improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong skills in configuration, automation, and reporting
- Comfortable managing data and integrations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or higher
- Experience with Sales, Service, or Field Service Cloud
- Experience with CPQ or advanced Salesforce tools
