The Role

We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our CRM platform. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring Salesforce runs smoothly, supports our teams, and evolves with our business. You’ll work cross-functionally, build reports, automate processes, maintain data integrity, and help our teams get the most out of Salesforce.

What You’ll Do

• Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings
• Build reports, dashboards, and automated workflows
• Clean, deduplicate, and maintain accurate data
• Train and support users across departments
• Partner with stakeholders to implement Salesforce solutions
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong skills in configuration, automation, and reporting
• Comfortable managing data and integrations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Bonus Points:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or higher
• Experience with Sales, Service, or Field Service Cloud
• Experience with CPQ or advanced Salesforce tools
