The Shipping Clerk will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping process for medical equipment and components. Responsibilities:

- Accurately complete all necessary documentation for outbound shipments, including updating inventory systems and maintaining detailed records.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects promptly.
- Organize and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure that storage areas are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in received shipments promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues affecting the shipping process.
- Pick, pack, label and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and pick lifts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling received goods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as required.
- Fork lift certified or willingness to become certified.
