Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement measures to enhance product quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
• Manage resources effectively, including human, material, and equipment, to support project success.
• Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and improve overall efficiency.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality management procedures.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to achieve common objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to convey technical information and project updates.
• Provide troubleshooting with root cause analysis to resolve production issues (Fit, form and function).
• Address supplier quality issues.
• Liaison between engineering and production to release new products.
• W/I development to support the manufacturing process.
• Fixture design and development to support the manufacturing process.
• Provide analysis for returns
• Author engineering changes and deviations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM/SolidWorks software and other engineering tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and lean manufacturing principles.
