- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
- Experience with data management tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or Data Import Wizard.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flows.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or SOQL is a plus.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
