What Are We Looking For?
- 10 years of commercial construction project management experience
- 5 years managing healthcare construction projects valued at $5M
- Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Procore and/or Autodesk
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks

What Will Your Day Look Like?
In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, including:
- Developing and managing project plans using Microsoft Project
- Delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintaining detailed project documentation
- Managing change orders and project financials
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Providing timely updates and escalating issues as needed
- Leading meetings with clients and internal teams
- Driving problem-solving and decision-making while ensuring a positive client experience
- Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
