It’s a relaxed, engaging environment where good work happens—and by Friday afternoons, the pace naturally lightens as we wrap up the week.

- 3-5 years of experience
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Actively pursuing licensure (ARE testing underway)
- Brings a well-rounded, adaptable skillset—comfortable moving between design work, coordination, and team support tasks, and open to learning whatever is needed to elevate the final work product
- Proficiency in:
- Revit (including Revit Family creation / editing)
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to contribute to both design development and technical documentation
- Growing confidence leading smaller projects or defined scopes & presenting to clients both virtually and/or in-person
- Basic experience coordinating with MEP and structural consultants
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset
- A mindset focused on learning, consistency, and follow-through
- Ability to work in-person Monday–Friday in Chandler, AZ
- Willingness to travel nationally (5-6 trips per year)
- Nice to have: AIA or other Industry affiliations
What You’ll Do
- Assist with research related to zoning, codes, site information, and review processes
- Develop and refine design solutions (plans, layouts, and project concepts)
- Lead smaller projects or portions of larger projects with support
- Produce and manage coordinated Revit drawing sets
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and product vendors
- Help track project tasks, decisions, and overall progress
- Create design decks for client meetings and presentations
- Assist with meeting notes and support project coordination
- Ensure design intent carries through documentation and coordination
Why This Role Is Different
You won’t just support projects—you’ll help lead them. In a design-build environment, you’ll stay connected to how your work is built, giving you a stronger understanding of coordination, constructability, and real-world decision making.
