Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests or clients, contributing to their overall experience. Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred. Full time and Part Time position available, must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and provide necessary supplies in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and organized.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks or deep cleans.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial management is desirable but not mandatory.
