Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work experience when necessary to maintain outdoor spaces or larger items.
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and properly maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on work progress, and address any concerns professionally.
• Follow time management practices to complete daily tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards across all assignments.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and floor care methods.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools.
• Ability to implement proper sanitation procedures using various cleaning detergents while adhering to health standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Skilled in manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and outdoor work environments safely.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
