Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and correspondence.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with reservations and manage room assignments as needed.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
