Housekeepers Needed

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute to a professional team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability of essentials
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding sanitation standards and confidentiality

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable; experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior hotel or housekeeping management experience is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning supplies and equipment
