Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Care for flooring through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and appropriate maintenance techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or clients’ requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for efficient operations
• Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for all occupants

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or clients
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
• Experience with custodial responsibilities or housekeeping management is a plus
• Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not required
