Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, responding promptly to guest inquiries and internal communications.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to maintain precise financial records.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards.
- Handle guest requests or complaints with professionalism, demonstrating strong guest relations skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Support front desk operations during overnight hours, including managing reservations, processing payments, and assisting with special requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a strong background in customer service.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
- Prior experience with night audit procedures or similar overnight hotel operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism.
