Dallas Trinity FC Team Performance and Operations Intern
Compensation: Pay dependent on experience
Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, organized intern to support with equipment, operations, Strength
& Condition, and training logistics. This is a part-time role ideal for a student or early-career
candidate interested in sports operations, event logistics, or technical support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate drones for practices and events (previous drone experience preferred but not
required)
-Assist Strength Coach in daily and weekly organizational tasks
- Set up and break down training equipment, fields, and practice areas
- Maintain and organize equipment storage; perform inventory and basic equipment care
- Assist the Equipment Manager with routine tasks and event preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Equipment Manager
Qualifications
- Available 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule to support practices and
occasional events
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, carrying, moving equipment)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience (not required)
- Previous experience operating drones
- Prior sports or athletic experience
