Our client, a Prestigious Private Equity Company located in the Boston area, seeks a Senior Finance Associate to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
Quarterly & annual fund reporting — owning financial statements and close processes for PE partnerships.
Capital activity oversight — reviewing capital calls, distributions, and daily fund transactions.
Tax & K-1 coordination — preparing tax-basis books and working with internal/external tax teams.
Treasury & cash management — managing cash activity, reconciliations, custody tracking, and tax withholding.
Investor reporting & valuations — supporting US GAAP reporting, valuations, and investor communications
Process improvement — enhancing reporting workflows and internal controls.
2-4 years Public Accounting with investment clients, Fund Accounting or PE/Alternative Investments experience
Strong Analytical problem solving skills
Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with Fund Accounting system

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (Master’s preferred) with a strong academic background
CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred, not required.
Base Salary $95K-115K Bonus Profit sharing
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
