Responsibilities:
- Code, Match, and Batch invoices for payment
- perform check runs and ACH payments
- obtain approvals and signatures
- Research discrepancies between invoices and POs
- Communicate with vendors and internal management to reconcile issues.
- Process detailed invoices and expenses
- Allocate expenses to proper accounts and reconcile A/P at month's end
- Five years of experience in A/P with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred, will look at a professional with strong years of experience and stability/
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent system skills,
