Director of Accounting Services (Partner Track)
Our client is a local firm providing outsourced accounting services to its customers. Our client is looking for a Director to build and run its outsourced accounting services. This is a Partner track position. The service line has existing clients with revenues in the eight figures. Our client views this service line as a high-growth division of the Company.
The Director will focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and building out the client base. The Director will have 6 areas of focus: industry specialization; go-to-market strategy; people and culture development; operational excellence; internal innovation with a focus on AI; and business development. This role is highly visible and a focus of growth for the overall corporation. The target base salary is $200.0K to $225.0K plus bonus. Requirements:
- CPA
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Previous divisional leadership experience
- Business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to create operational efficiencies
- Directing and managing a team to create and navigate through high growth
- Ability to identify quality talent and mentor that talent to meet corporate objectives
- Knowledge of leveraging technology, particularly AI, to create a leverageable business foundation
- Exceptional business presence
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to successfully work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Base Salary $200.0K to $225.0K plus bonus
