Position Overview
This position will provide admin support for the Casting team across the Animation Series Kids & Family TV titles, and report to the department head. For Animation Series, this individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all performer-related documentation and payroll for voice records. They will serve as a liaison between external casting directors, production, and payroll teams. For Kids & Family TV, this individual will assist in setting up Cast It and Cast It Reach accounts for live action scripted and unscripted titles.

Responsibilities
- Collect all required talent start paperwork from external casting directors, including deal memos and necessary payroll onboarding documents
- Review deal memos and talent start paperwork for completeness and accuracy, flagging and resolving any discrepancies or missing information
- File talent documentation and process timecards via Greenslate
- Coordinate with Payroll as needed to address questions, corrections, or additional documentation requirements
- Attend records to validate the accuracy of reported times on Exhibit G timecards
- At least 2-4 years of directly relevant casting experience
- Demonstrates good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various production teams
- Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA Collective Bargaining Agreements, especially the Television Agreement and New Media Sideletter
- Clear and concise interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflows
- Flexible, innovative, and solution-driven team player
- $25-32.50/hr.
