Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Casting Coordinator.
This is a 6-month remote or hybrid role. Los Angeles, CA preferred for hybrid candidates. No H‑1B visa status. The hourly rate is $32.50; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.

Position Overview:
This position will provide administrative support for the Casting team across Animation Series and Kids & Family TV titles and report to the department head. For Animation Series, this individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all performer-related documentation and payroll for voice recordings. They will serve as a liaison between external casting directors, production, and payroll teams. For Kids & Family TV, this individual will assist in setting up Cast It and Cast It Reach accounts for live-action scripted and unscripted titles.
Responsibilities:
- Collect all required talent start paperwork from external casting directors, including deal memos and necessary payroll onboarding documents
- Review deal memos and talent start paperwork for completeness and accuracy, flag and resolve any discrepancies or missing information
- File talent documentation and process timecards via Greenslate
- Coordinate with Payroll as needed to address questions, corrections, or additional documentation requirements
- Attend recording sessions to validate the accuracy of reported times on Exhibit G timecards
Requirements:
- At least 2–4 years of directly relevant casting experience
- Demonstrated good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various production teams
Nice to Haves or Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA Collective Bargaining Agreements, especially the Television Agreement and New Media Sideletter
- Clear, concise interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage time across multiple deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflows
