Traveling Superintendent - High End Retail

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects for high-end retail stores. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship to enhance the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients, to provide updates and address any issues.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and costs.
• Ensure that all work meets the high standards expected in high-end retail environments, including luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the retail or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Experience managing high-end retail projects is preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently to various project sites as required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
