Our main focus is the high end residential market and primarily new construction.
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Sales Representative who is highly motivated and can work independently to achieve results in selling $100k to $600k Ultra High End Smart Home Systems to new residential constructions in the Beverly Hills and surrounding affluent areas.
Job Requirements:
- Locate new construction sites and determine availability for potential sale of systems and follow up meetings with site supervisor, owner, architect or other stakeholders.
- Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on prospective clients and close business deals.
- Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product environment.
- Presentation of System Estimates, knowledge about products and be responsible for all aspects of sales.
- Generate leads by networking with prospective job contacts, other referrals and networking organizations.
- Computer literate.
Qualifications
Direct In-home Sales experience - 3 years experience with proven sales track record.
Proven Lead Generation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable will selling and closing deals in the high value asset market such as real estate, cars etc.
Positive, articulate and persuasive.
Hardworking, trustworthy, independent and reliable.
Experience in Construction and Real Estate a bonus.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record with own vehicle a must.
Additional Information
Uncapped Earnings with Very Achievable $150k and up.
Salary: 15,000k/per year Commissions and mileage
