Position Overview
The Sales Administration Manager leads and optimizes customer service and order fulfillment operations. This role ensures customer satisfaction, efficient logistics, and smooth cross functional coordination. Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

• Develop and implement policies to improve customer experience.
• Serve as a hands on manager while overseeing daily operations.
• Manage inquiries, complaints, and requests across all channels.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive corrective actions.
• Process orders accurately, including pricing and delivery details.
• Partner with sales and marketing to improve service delivery.
• Read and interpret export procedures, government contracts, and technical manuals.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise the sales administration team.
• Set objectives, conduct evaluations, and support professional growth.
• Promote a customer first culture across teams.

Data and Reporting

• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on service levels and efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation.
• Strengthen cross functional coordination.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3 sales administration, including 2 plus in leadership however we are also open to more junior candidates who want to grow into the role! 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
• Analytical problem solver with sound decision making abilities.
• ERP proficiency.
• Understanding of supply chain principles.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
