About the Role
We are seeking a Tax Senior to support and review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns. This is a hands on role with meaningful client exposure and increasing responsibility in review, planning, and staff development. The position offers flexibility to grow into a Supervisor or Manager role based on performance and fit.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns across multiple entity types
- Identify and support tax planning opportunities
- Manage workflow and collaborate with staff and managers to meet deadlines
- Communicate directly with clients and internal team members
- Provide guidance and technical feedback to junior team members
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of experience in public accounting
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Strong client communication and leadership skills
- CPA candidate preferred, ideally actively testing or studying
