Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical tax knowledge, excellent client service skills, and a desire to advance their career in public accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes.
• Assist with tax planning and consulting for clients across diverse industries.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and review of their work.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve tax-related issues and provide proactive advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license or eligibility preferred.
• 3 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
