The Role
As a Tax Manager, you will move beyond compliance to become a true business advisor. You will:
Consult & Strategize: Guide clients through complex tax landscapes, transaction structuring, and strategic planning to drive tangible value.
Lead with Impact: Mentor and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Build Relationships: Act as a trusted partner to business owners, helping them reach both their professional and personal financial goals.

What You Bring
Experience: 5 years of public accounting tax experience with a proven track record of managing complex engagements.
Credentials: A Bachelor's degree and a valid CPA or EA certification.
Mindset: A consultative approach, a commitment to precision, and the ability to provide strategic, value-added insights.
Commitment: Standard hours (8-5, M-F) with a commitment to 55 hours during the peak season to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care.
