Established (40 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Civil Litigation Defense in Providence, Rhode Island An established firm based in Providence, Rhode Island with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Litigation Attorney will handle civil litigation matters, including defense-side litigation, insurance defense, and employment law, representing a diverse client base in complex and high-stakes matters while collaborating closely with experienced litigators. Offer: Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 contingent on experience

At least 3 years of civil litigation experience
Defense-side civil litigation experience (preferred)
Employment law experience (preferred)
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and case management abilities Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
Advise clients and provide strategic counsel on a variety of legal issues
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop litigation strategies and achieve successful outcomes
