Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from ground-up to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Provide leadership and support to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Experience managing ground-up construction projects in sectors such as retail, restaurants, banks, and large retailers like Costco.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
