This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design/Build General Contractor in the DFW area.
They are heavily focused in commercial and Municipal construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor Construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 10 Years Experience as a Superintendent
- Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, Education, etc.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- MS Project
- Bachelors in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required
