Construction Superintendent

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects in the Dallas, TX area. The Superintendent will be responsible for site supervision, safety, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, safely, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Experience with EV charging station installations is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of construction project sites from mobilization through completion
• Lead and enforce project safety programs, including job hazard analyses and safety plans
• Conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners, inspectors, and trades
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and productivity at the jobsite
• Supervise company field labor and hourly personnel, including third-party labor
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure quality, schedule, and safety compliance
• Assist in establishing and enforcing quality control plans, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, jobsite photos, and logs
• Monitor subcontractor progress and performance
• Ensure proper job sequencing and efficient workflow
• Collaborate on the development and management of CPM schedules
• Prepare and maintain short-term (look-ahead) schedules
• Implement project schedules to achieve on-time project completion
• Prepare, submit, and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Serve as a liaison with owners and occupants during construction activities
• Identify and resolve field conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify documentation required for change orders and back charges
• Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to support construction operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frisco, TX.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
