We provide heating, air conditioning, electrical, generator, and indoor air quality services for both residential and commercial clients. Our service area spans Western North Carolina, including cities like Asheville, Hendersonville, Waynesville, and Black Mountain.
We are seeking a Service Manager for our Commercial HVAC Division to oversee the service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role will involve leading a team of technicians, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial HVAC service operations and personnel for 4 departments
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and technical support for service teams
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a safe work environment
- Monitor department profitability, budgets, and contract renewals
- Assist with quoting, parts ordering, and project coordination
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews
- Maintain customer relationships and support service improvement
- Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning
Qualifications:
- 10 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification; NC H-3 & H-2 contractor licenses (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Technical certifications and a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
